Code of Conduct1. The Company has the right to allocate staff’s post as needed by work. 2. Staff shall strictly abide by rules, regulations, safety production operating rules and post responsibility system of the Company.3. At work hours, staff shall be devoted to his duty, not do things unrelated to work, leave his post and visit other’s, chat with others, play with others, make a racket and doze off and do the thing he should do. 4. Staff shall actively work, improve quality and increase the efficiency; he shall not slow down the work and stop the work for any excuses; otherwise, he shall be punished according to violation of rules and regulations of the Company. 5. Staff shall get in good with the others and be forbidden to fight with others or disseminate words unfavorable for unity. 6. Staff shall care about the Company, pay attention to maintain the image of the Company and actively make suggestions for benefits of the Company; and be brave to criticize and correct behaviors which do harm to the image and benefits of the Company. 7. Staff shall maintain office environment clean, not spit everywhere and not smoke in the office. 8. Staff shall be warm and polite to visitors with proper words and without bestial words.9. Staff shall protect public property and not steal or damage company finance intentionally; otherwise, he shall pay the full price for anything damaged. 10. Staff shall turn off computer and power when leaving and be forbidden to use company’s articles for personal purpose in compliance with the principles of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure.  Staff complaints1.    Staff has right of complaints. If staff isn’t satisfied with his work or the Company, he shall directly complain to manager of directly subordinate department; if he isn’t satisfied with the answer or willing to complain to manager of directly subordinate department, he shall bypass the immediate leadership to complain to related departments. If staff selects the written form, he shall write his name and department to show his sincerity. All complaints are handled secretly. 2.    2. Staff can report to the Company when he finds persons and cases which inviolate laws and rules, and he will be protected by the Company.
